Jacob Kubasik

Jacob is an experienced Investment Banking Associate with almost 4 years of experience working on sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise transactions ranging from $5 million to $300 million in total value. He is actively involved in all stages of the deal process, from origination through execution, ensuring that each transaction is tailored to meet the specific goals of the client. Jacob is a Registered Investment Banking Representative licensed by FINRA maintaining a Series 79 & Series 63.

Jacob graduated from Creighton University with a double major in Accounting and Finance.

After relocating from Chicago, Jacob is a resident of Traverse City, Michigan, Jacob enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including skiing, running, and biking. An avid sports fan, you will find him always rooting for the Syracuse Orange & Buffalo Bills.
