Anne Marchetti

Anne brings over 30 years of finance and accounting experience in both private industry and public accounting.  She has performed in both tax and audit roles.  Anne served globally in a consulting/advisory capacity to public and private entities in most industries, as well as organizations of all sizes.  Anne leverages this experience with a unique blend of technical skills.  Her expertise includes business process/control design and optimization, information system implementation and analysis as well as regulatory compliance, corporate governance and risk management.

She has frequently interacted with external audit firms, board of directors, attorneys and external third parties as a liason on behalf of client organizations.

Anne is a member of the AICPA faculty and has spoken at numerous conferences and events.  She authored 3 books focused on technical accounting topics and has also delivered expert witness testimony.  In addition, Anne has provided interim CFO services.

Anne resides in Southwest Florida.  She spends her free time practicing & teaching Bikram hot yoga, cycling, going to the beach and participating in other outdoor activities.  Anne is an avid sports fan.  She spends too many hours watching professional and college sports, including football, basketball and hockey.

Anne has a BA in Economics, an MS in Accounting and a DBA with a concentration in accounting.
