Mike Moran

Mike has a broad background and experience in operational excellence, quality, supply chain management, and process improvements in diverse industries including, aerospace and defense, automotive, medical, commercial electronics and consumer products manufacturing.   He began his career as an Aerospace Engineer and served as an officer and pilot in the United States Marine Corps.  He is an accomplished leader with proven financial and operational results over the last two decades in both public and private equity companies.  He has lead operations related activities for numerous M&A transactions from both the buy and sell side. 

He has held positions at The Gores Group and Platinum Equity as an operating partner for their portfolio companies. Additionally, he has previously held positions at boutique investment banks focused on maritime related businesses, including shipping, tankers, and ship and boat building companies, as well as industrial, alternative energy, and technology companies.
