Andrew Nussbaum

Andrew brings over 11 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity focused on executing sell-side, buy-side and capital raise transactions ranging from $5m-$300mm of total value.

Andrew participates in every facet of the deal from origination through execution. Having worked on deals across various industries during his career, Andrew is well equipped to provide owners in the lower middle market with tailored solutions that fit their goals, from raising capital for growth, acquiring another business, or a full sale process. Andrew is an Investment Banking Securities Representative licensed (63 and 79) by FINRA. He has a BA in Business Administration from Ave Maria University where he was a member of the university’s baseball program.

Andrew is currently on the Ave Maria University Alumni Board of Directors. Today, Andrew resides in Traverse City, Michigan, with his wife and two daughters, where you will find him spending his free time with his family, enjoying the outdoor activities the area has to offer. He is also an avid fan of all sports, being a Pittsburgh, PA native he is always pulling for the Black & Yellow.
